Es una comunidad de Guadalupe, ubicada a 15 minutos del Pueblo Mágico. Uno de sus principales atractivos es La Casa Grande, que aloja al Centro de Investigación y Experimentación en Arte Popular de Zacatecas.
En este lugar podrás conocer el trabajo de los artesanos locales, quienes elaboran gran variedad de piezas en cartonería, lana, chaquira, cerámica, cantera, fibras vegetales y piel.
No pierdas de vista el Santuario del Niño de las Palomitas y la Capilla del Señor de la Misericordia.
❖ Visit the Eremitorio Sacromonte
Located a little over two hours from Guadalupe, this religious building will surprise you. This is a place for prayer and meditation located on the Cerro de la Peña Rajada.
The Sacromonte Hermitage is open to the public every first Sunday of the month, when hundreds of people make a reservation to participate in mass and visit the Gruta del Niño (the Child’s Cave).
Here, as well as visiting the hermitage, you can enjoy walks along the hill, the beautiful landscapes, and the tranquility that exists here.
